Lucknow Nagar Nigam — I am complaining about pickup of 3 dead baby dogs in my area

There are three dead baby dogs in my area which are dead in the garbage which is also a very huge problem in my area because the cleaners come only one to two days in a week so the garbage smells and stinks the whole area so I request the pickup of that garbage along with the three dead baby dogs.
