Lucknow Nagar Nigam — illegal construction of interlocking blocks on public road

This is to bring to your notice that there is illegal construction of interlocking blocks in sector k aashiana behind ansals store (Near to ashiayasd chauraha) which is causing serious problems for fellow residents. This construction is done by two private parties who are owner of houses in front of construction. This is done to get extra space for parking of their private vehicles and to avoid water logging in front of there houses. Moreover they have build across footpath area to get more space. Also, two speed breakers have been made on each side of this construction to avoid speedy vehicles pass through this construction thereby giving it any damage.
Not sure, if this has been constructed after any approval or under any surveillance of municipal corporation lucknow as this is certainly causing problems to fellow residents.

Passers by has to speed down their vehicles because of speed breakers, which certainly is not comfortable for houses in front - can speed breakers be made in front of resident houses?

Construction is done on base road giving it a rise which will result in water logging on base road and adjacent houses as there is no proper drainage system.

Please get this address to local authority to action this asap and provide resolution by removing this construction either completely or leveling it so that no water logging takes place and no vehicle has to slow down due speed breakers being made.

A lot of violations can be seen and needs to be examined and rectified.
