Lucknow Nagar Nigam — Illegal constructions and electricity theft

Address:

Pushpendra nagar, near Shourya Sainik Kalyan Parisar

There are multiple illegal constructions going on by person named "Hridaya Nand Singh"(HN Singh) and his son "Rahul" in Pushpendra Nagar.

They also do electricity theft for years now. Already complaint to electricity department and someone came also from electricity department but there is no change in their activity.
