Lucknow Nagar Nigam — In regard to burning the garbage morning and evening and having danger animal husbandry in residential area

I reside in nayi basti near sainik society sarojini nagar lucknow in my colony a man who own a general store named "fauji general store" without gst registration and and also own some cows who spread dung everywhere and storage of dung create bad smells and he always burns the garbage polythenes near the cows
Because of improper things mosquitoes also spreading which can cause severe disease to colony people...

So plz remove those cows from colony...
