Lucknow Nagar Nigam — Littering and possession

Address:Front of House KH 3/ 57 geeta puri, Khragapur, Gomti nagar ext Near JPS Acadmey

I am living Peeta puri, Khargone, Gomti Nagar EXTENSION AREA. In front of my house there is one house which has side wall in front of my house. In this Dengu seasons they are doing too much littering . Water looking is the main problem because all the water from his house come on the road . Also they had possession on extra 2 feet on side area of the house.
Please take actions ASAP.
