Lucknow Nagar Nigam — Manhole cover missing in front of house

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that the manhole cover in front of my house is missing. I have called several times regarding this issue but no one has responded and actually came to cover it.
The manhole is open and can lead to accident as there are many people passing this place. It is also smelling very bad and causing a lot of problems to everyone living near.
Therefore, I request you to kindly cover the manhole as it is causing a lot of inconvenience and can cause accidents.
