Lucknow Nagar Nigam — Muddy road, open sewar and bad street light position

Sir,
I am living in vivekanand colony, takrohi, lucknow. there are main problem is road, it is muddy road in rainy seasion it is not easy to go office or school and in summer the dust blow the whole face cover with dust. it is not easy to drive bike on this road but no action have taken by the muncipal department.
there is sewar and its over flow every time i have made many complain but not made by and many house have no driange facility so they are flowing water on the road.
there is very few street light in this area because open sewar hole and pit hole in the road ancy accident happen any time if not any action taken then.
