Lucknow Nagar Nigam — Nali covers not placed after cleaning in Sector B Aliganj

I am living at L2, Sector B Aliganj. All the nali covers were removed for cleaning but they are not placed after the work. And it has been more than a month and now Dengu and other worms are coming thru this. A vary bad smell is there every where. Pls help
