Lucknow Nagar Nigam — No garbage collection from my house in the past 15 days

I am a resident of 1/346, Viram Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow (Ward Number: Rajiv Gandhi II). Since the past 15 days, no garbage collection has happened from our house, despite making timely payment to the garbage collectors. Instead, day after day they are demanding an increase in the payment for resumption of their services. To pressurize us even further, they even stopped collecting garbage of the tenant living on the upper floor, so that we can be forced to pay the extra amount.

Due to this predicament, we will be forced to dump our garbage in the open areas, nullifying the commendable efforts the Municipal Corporation of Lucknow takes to keep the city clean!

Looking forward for a timely resolution of our complaint.
