Lucknow Nagar Nigam — non renewal of monthly car parking pass

I was parking my car since october 2016 in jhandi park, lalbaug (In front of nagar nigam). My monthly pass has not been renewed this time. I am working in govt bank in sultanpur dist. And i need to park my car for full day in working days. It has also been seen that the car parking pass of some powerful persons have been renewed. Why the rules are not same for all? If g. O. Has been issued then rule must be applied to all. I feel full scruitiny of entire car parkings is required. Or considering my genuine difficulty, allow me also to park car in the parking.
