Lucknow Nagar Nigam — Not cleaning roads and not collecting garbage

Hello sir,
I am Vivek Anand ([protected]), i live in shakti nagar near peer bagh masjid kurmanchal nagar lucknow 226016 U.P. Sir my problem is that in my colony not cleaning roads and not collecting garbage by the area supervisor (vinay singh MOB NO. [protected] ) there is very unhygienic water flow on roads. several times i am calling him but he could not take any action, he always says that nagar nigam does not provide facility to do work.
Please sir its my humble request to take a action about my complaint
