Lucknow Nagar Nigam — open drainage and damage roads

Dear sir/madam

I am resident of house no. 125 plot no. 47 bajrang nagar kanpur road lucknow. Here drainage systems were repaired and renovated but for more than an year these drainage are open and not covered which is causing diseases to people. Kids are not able to play outside because of this open dirty condition and intolerable smell. Moreover, complete road has been damaged due to this repair and lots of dust prevailing here, which is causing breathing problems.

Need your immediate attention on these two issues. First covering of sewage system and second is repair of road.

Dear sir,
In front of building No.C -3/84, 3/83, 3/82, 3/81& 3, /80 .Dump of garbage severe choked & scrap dumped in front of above buildings. This caused dengue malaria, & other many harmful diseases.Kindly take action for above mention problems immediately.

A cow lying dead at road side at CDRI road near bhitholi crossing Lucknow 226201 please arrange to pick up the died animal which creates a problem to the nearby resident people. Nearest landmark is absolute fit gym.
