Lucknow Nagar Nigam — Open drainage water overflow and blocking

Dear sir/madam

I am resident of house no. A-190 Vimal nagar kamta chinhat lucknow. Here drainage systems were repaired and renovated but for more than an year these drainage are open and not covered which is causing diseases to people. Kids are not able to play outside because of this open dirty condition and intolerable smell. Moreover, complete road has been damaged due to this repair and lots of dust prevailing here, which is causing breathing problems.

Need your immediate attention on these two issues. First covering of sewage system and second is repair of road.
