Lucknow Nagar Nigam — Payment debited but still showing payable on site

Payment done on site on 28 july 20 of house no a2/37 sector f extn lda colony kanpur road lucknow-226012, house id - 9157e84912 for rs 9564/-. But website still showing payable. Receipt not generated. Screenshot attached of bank debit and website current status. Multiple mails have been done to nagar nigam, with no response from their side. My bank has provided a confirmation that the amount has been paid to the merchant and is not lying with the bank.

Kindly update the status on the website and get my receipt generated.
