Dear Sir

This is to inform you that our locality which is NEELGIRI ENCLAVE (awas vikas colony) situated at Sector 17 Vrindavan Yojna is disturbed by stray dogs. These dogs have made colony their home and at evening/night they chase/bite kids, people resident to the colony. Many people have made complaints about the problem but small set of degenerate minds claim that these dogs are like their kids, but when the dogs bite these degenerate people are found nowhere.

I humbly ask you that what are rules of awas vikas regarding stray dogs, especially when these dogs are causing anarchy.

Thus I request you to catch these stray dogs and make colony peaceful place to live in.
