Lucknow Nagar Nigam — recurring sewer line blockage in vikas nagar sector 11

Recently sewer clogging has been an issue in Vikas Nagar Sector 11. The sewer leven has been rising causing overflowing in some places and bad smell.

We, residents of house number 438, sector 11 got sewers cleaned twice. Once through private cleaners and once through a complain to the authorities. We spent 3500 rupees and 1500 rupees in doing so. Still the clogging hasn't been resolved. The sewer gets blocked after 3-4 days of cleaning. Please help action on this.
