Lucknow Nagar Nigam — Regarding faulty drainage system

Dear Madam/ Sir
I am a resident of Vrindavan Colony, Bahadurpur Kursi road, Behind Rainbow Public school, Lucknow. In our colony the road was constructed with drainage system later done. There is a sewer line as well. But the drainage system is not working due to blockage and also due to the faulty drain levels, at places they are higher so the drain water does not flow. As a result all the water accumulates infront of my house and seeps inside my boundary( in my house) through the weak drain walls. The environment is also getting effected as well as its hazardous for health. Can you please help?
