Lucknow Nagar Nigam — regarding the construction of road in colony and for maintaining proper drainage

I am a resident of shankerpuri colony, kamta, chinhat, lucknow (H. No. 632/218) near ratnam medical store.
In my colony there are many pits and the road is not constructed from the past 12 years. The drainage system is also not maintained properly. It would be greatful if you would do something regarding this as we face many problems. The road not constructed leads to many difficulties in transportation and travelling.
