A dog somehow got to the deserted back portion of my house no. 21, Qaiserbagh, Lucknow, near Communist Party Office, and has died there giving out highly putrid/ bad smell which poses dire threat to health & well-being of the people living in the localty. The carcass of the dead animal needs to be urgently removed for disposal. Necessry immediate action is solicited.
