For the past several weeks, we have been experiencing water that is consistently brown to black in color and carries a very unpleasant odor, reminiscent of sewer smells. The issue occurs multiple times a week, making it a substantial concern for the well-being and health of our community.

I kindly request an immediate investigation into this matter, along with prompt remedial actions to improve the water quality.
