Lucknow Nagar Nigam — Street light producing current plus surrounded by branches of trees!

The street light in sbi colony sector A, tikona park near Mahadev hotel is creating problem as one of them needs repairing or removal. The light is producing current in the drain which is just beside it as well as on the surface around the light. It is very risky in this weather for humans as well as animals as it is covered with the branches of the tree. Also one of the stray dog died due to the current of the same. Please look into the matter.
