Lucknow Nagar Nigam — Troubled From Street Dogs

I live in Aliganj Sec-A, backside of Engineering College - Ram Ram Bank road. There are 15-20 dog in this area sitting near our house. My neighbour has adopted one of that dog but it barks every time with no reason and creates nuisance in the society. Due to him all other dogs gather infront of my house and bark even in midnights. Sometimes the neighbour set the dog free and it attacks people walking on road with no reason. Neither we are able to sleep or step out in nights. I am a student and I study early morning but due to the nuisance by dogs, I face a lot of problems . I therefore request you to acknowledge this problem and pls it by latest.
