Lucknow Nagar Nigam — Wrong money charged for parking

While visiting Palessio Mall in Lucknow, I was asked to pay ₹20 for 2 wheeler parking, which was totally wrong . The ppl who are collecting the money are not giving any Recipts where money is mentioned, they hav been collecting such unaccounted money since few months and I am convinced that the ppl are fake and are not providing any Justification . pls take immediate action as Thousands of ppl are getting looted every week.
