Lucknow University — About refund of counselling fees of 500 rs

Good evening sir ma'am i am ansaf khan i had given the llb entrance exam on september 2022 and my id is [protected]
And during the time of counselling i paid 700 rs and according to your policies which i had read was that if no seat is allotted to the student then the 500 ra will be refunded but its been months i havent received any refund from the college so i request you to please give the refunded money to me asap ..
