Respected sir,
With due respect it is to submit that i deposited above said fee three times through online payment method following not receiving the confirmation receipt of payment from university 02 times.
Details of bank transactions are as follows:

As per s. No. 1 & 2 of above table rs 1600.00 two times (Rs. 3200.00) were credited to university on 15.06.2017 while confirmation receipt were not received.
Not receiving the confirmation receipt i paid another rs. 1600.00 as per s. No.3. This time i received the confirmation receipt from university.
Following the above consequences i contacted pnb for failure of non receipt of amount in university accounts.in reply of my queries they provided me the account ledger inquiry confirming the credit of amounts in university account (Photocopy attached herewith).
Therefore you are kindly requested to do the needful for refund of extra examination fees (Rs. 1600.00x2=rs.3200.00) deposited.

This is shivanshu pathak, student mba, session 2013-15. I had given back paper in 2016 but yet my results was undeclared, i had given examination of operation research & financial management but yet result was not declared, also i had marked absent in internal examination of operation research.
I'm trying to register my grievance at aktu.ac.in but due to website issue i'm unable to register my request after so many trials.
Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

My and my father account is in your pnb bank aliganj lucknow. Account number is given in image. Sir i applied in lucknow university for b. El. Ed. Addimission form whose registration number is [protected]. I pay registration fee on 28/03/2018 by debit card number [protected] but the fee is not paid. Then i again pay fee for the same registration number on 28/03/2018 by debit card number [protected]. But the money was deducted by both accounts. Please one time rupee 1600 give back in my account [protected] which is in pnb aliganj lucknow 226020. Because two time fee cant be taken by university for same registration number.

Dear sir/maam:
This is to inform you that i faced transaction issue when i made the payment for my application.

It happened twice. I did the first transcation from bank of baroda internet banking services via transaction no. Lbbr[protected]
On 14 march 2018 at around 10:22 pm. The amount was debited from my account but i did not get any conformation from the university website. It was showing that the payment was not made.
I did another transaction via transaction no. Lcnb[protected] via another account thinking that the first one might have failed. This time it was accepted and i got the receipt no. 20180314.

Now my bank is telling me that the first paynent got cleared and is not refunding my money because it was successful.
In that case, i want my money to be refunded by the university as it had accepted the payment twice without confirming the first one.

Do resolve my query.

This is to inform you that, due to any technical problem in lucknow university site, the payment of my application form was deducted twice with the amount of rs. 800.
On completing the first payment, it showed payment failure but the amount the deducted from the bank account.
Due to this payment status, i tried again with another debit card, with the same result of payment failure status. The amount was deducted from this account as well.

On calling helpline the next day, i was told that it would be updated soon. Now the transaction shows successful and payment receipt is generated.

But the other amount has still not been reimbursed. The transaction details on the mini statement of both the bank account shows the amount of rs 800 has been debited to lucknow university.

I am attaching some relating files to check that the amount is transected to lucknow university. Kindly fix this issue soon and reimburse the amount.

Ed counselling because i have not any choice fill but i have no admission any collage but i have gone five time in counselling centre meerut b. Sir b. Ed roll no. 99182316 ki fees 24/06/2017 ko online jama kiya tha par admission letter nahi jari hua 27/06/2017 tak. 27/06/2017 ko fees usi roll no. Par dobara jama ho gayi. Nivedan hai ki meri pahli fees wapis karwane ki kripa kare. Lucknow university ko bar bar complain karne ke bad bhi koi sunwayi nahi ho rahi hai. Account statement upload kar diya hai

Sir i am an graduate student from other university and i'm tried to fill pg (M.com) in your university but while making payment of fee of ₹1000 my amount deducted and showing an error. I tried again and once again the amount of ₹1000 deducted showing the same error. I made complaint to my bank but after some time they said that the amount has successfully transferred to the merchant's account. So i'm getting confused if once the payment succeeded then why again the amount deducted with one registered account. Here are the txn# no. Of both transactions[protected] &[protected]. So please try to refund the deducted amount.

I beg to say that i appeared counselling at sunder deep college of management & technology, nh 24, dasana ghaziabad-201015 on 17 june 2017 & submitted the two of dd 500/- &5000/-. But i did not lock any college during given time, according to term & condition dd of 5000/- is refundable. I went to counselling centre (Sunder deep college) on 6 july 2017 & they replied that last date was 5 july 2017 to take return your dd, now we have transfer your dd to finance officer, luknow university by bank.
So, you are requested to inform me, the procedure of return dd 5000/- or refund in my bank a/c.

I had wrongly paid bed fee by neft utr no. Dear sir i had attand the u.p bed councelling 2017 in sunderdeep college of management and technology NH24 DASANA gaziabad.there is no college alloted me so according to rules i am elligible for recieving my demand draft as per university rules. but the councellor of gaziabad told me that she has submitted my demand draft in favour of "finnance officer lucknow university, "lucknow.by mistake but now she ignouring me, and says that she is not responsible for any refunding of draft
