In upbedjee2021-23 counselling in which no seat alloted to me, my refund has not credited
till now I also email in helpline but all my effort go in vain .
Please help in getting my refund.

I have submitted the amount to the university is 5750+52000 that is counselling and the pool counselling fees whereas I have not allotted any seat. So I want to know when will I get my refund of this amount?

I wanted to put third that I had submitted Rs. 5000/- counselling Fee, however I had not allotted any seat after it .

Advanced fee not refund yet. According to notification shown on login platform the refund will be initiated within 7 working days but there 20 days has been gone the advanced college fee which is 5000 not received in my account till date. Please return my amount.

I gave submitted my registration fee and there is last date of choice filling and no update of payment has been come

Sir I Mayank Jaiswal have written this application to take your kind attention towards grievance redressal system and admission portal of Lucknow university. I have applied for Bachelor of Visual arts (applied arts )Undergraduate program in Lucknow university. For which i was asked to C fill up choice filling form on Lucknow University Co website where ncampus Lucknow University Applied Arts choice was missing from the given option of various universities and colleges of applied arts and fine arts. Due to unawareness A about the technical fault in website i have filled Si yo ac Ba the choice filling form from available option which were all private colleges, later i was allotted GOEL INSTUTITE. Lucknow university have 5% i.e (1.6seat out of 32 seats) reservation for dependents of defense personnel and my father is also ex-serviceman. In the provisional merit list under subcategory - defense personnel i had my rank 2 therefore there are fair chances of me getting seat in LU INCAMPUS SEATS but due to some technical error i was not able to fill the choice for Lucknow UNIVERSITY INCAMPUS SEAT for which i have filled a written complaint to coordinator of Lucknow university, when i tried contacting to technical team they have said that they can't do anything as seat is already allotted to me and no further changes can be done. Its neither the fault o[censored]niversity nor mine but university should take responsibility for any technical errors and be flexible as per candidates convenience. I have taken admission in Ph.D program[protected], and have paid entrolment fees during the time of fees submission date13/12/20. But gain on 18/9/21 I have paid for the entrolment fees on enquring from the office, i was informed that if it was already paid then payment should be rejected but it was not payment was succesfull and have got the receipt, so i want to refund my second payment of entrolment fees . Kindly see to it and help me out .

Sir on 18 march 2020 i filled a bled entrance exam form of lucknow university for which i paid an amount of 1600. That amount got refunded in my account on 16 april 2020. Due to fear of rejection of my form when i contacted the university helpline no. They told me to pay the fees again and for which the activated the link. I paid the fees again on 20 april 2020. But sir on june 20, 2020 the 1600 rupees that i got as refund also got deducted from my account. So sir for a single form university take fees twice from me. When i contacted the relevant person dealing the issue in the university they told me that you will get the refund and wait for that. I waited for that. But sir when i visited physically to the university they told me that all refund is already processed, but i didn't get any. I submit a complaint regarding this to the with the statement of my account on 26 feb 2021. But sir till now they didn't refunded my amount. And also the relevant faculty is not recieving the call. Pls help sir
