Lucknow University — b.ed. advance fees refund

My name is Pallavi Vishnoi. I have registered myself for Phase III of B.Ed counseling 2018, Lucknow University. I have paid Rs. 5750 (750+ 5000) as counseling registration plus advance College fee. Since i have not been allotted any college in Phase III so, As per guidelines if any seat is not allotted they will refund Rs. 5000. But till now it has not been done. So I request you to kindly refund the advance College fee(Rs. 5000) as soon as possible.
