Lucknow University — Regarding refund of advance college fees and registration fees as college was not alloted

I have paid 5, 750 Rs/- in third round of counseling and after that 52, 000 Rs/- in pool counseling as advance college and registration fees and didn't alloted any college.
So approx 57, 000 amount has to be refunded which is a huge amount for me.
