Lucknow University — regarding refund of advance college free

I have deposited rs 5000 as advance college fee which was refundable if we have not been allotted any college. Since i am writing this complaint, its clear that i have not been allotted any college and Its been one month and my money is still not back. So i request you to tell me when will you refund my money. Since i mailed you twice and the only reply i got is- we will get back to you soon, and i tired of waiting for your soon to come. Please refund my money because i need them urgently.
