Lucknow University — Regarding Upbed Refund Jee 2021-23

After the U.P B.Ed Entrance Exams 2021 Counselling, I paid Rs 5000 as counselling fee . As per the process, I was supposed to receive the amount as refund since the college, I opted was not allotted to me despite of correct bank information.
I am attaching the screenshot of the same. Kindly resolve the issue as it's been around 5 months . Please look into the issue and help me out. My all friends have got there amount back still m lacking behind .. it's a humble request to you that kindly do resolve it.
