Lucknow University — scholarship and bed admission fees still not credited to my account

My name is charu gaur, took addmission last year june 2017 in bed 1st year, have paid the admission fees of 51000 and also the examination fees of 4500, but till now my scholarship and fees has not been credited back it's almost 1 year, scholarship of few students have come but for few still pending, college also don't know the reason why,
