Lucknow University — Scholarship not received

Respected Sir,
I am a graduate student of National Post Graduate College, Sir my scholarship status shows that my High school/Inter roll number and marks not matched with up board database, sir actually I renewed my scholarship as last year I have got my scholarship and all of my details are correct.

In first year also the same status was showing.Sir please help in giving my scholarship as all of my details are correct.
