Lucknow University — UP B.Ed. counseling amount refund 2021

I had appeared in B.Ed. counselling 2021 and not allotted any seat as per my choice. I had paid
Rs[protected] advance college fee + 750 Registration fee) but I did not receive my refund Rs 5000 as per rule.
Could you please look into this matter and process my refund.
