Maruti Suzuki is a big brand and public believes in it. customer buys your vehicle looking at your brand and not dealers because maruti suzuki car is the best car in the world. customer even doesn't care about the warranty card, maruti's name is enough. I have even used Suzuki vitara jeep and escudo jeep both are good out side india. and in India i used maruti 800 and zen also. it is also good. and i like maruti Suzuki cars.
But in may 2016 i purchased swift vdi from paramount wheel alignment PVT LTD. they cheated me by giving me defected car and its year is 2015. Means they cheated me. Since, last 14 month i am not satisfied from this car because every three or four month its high pressure pump fails even after that problem is not solved and every time paramount team give me nonsense excuses. and now also my car is not properly working. many time i had written email to customer care and paramount but they give me again and again nonsense excuses. and they told me you can complaint anywhere it want affect them in any manner.
Suggest me what I can do, give me suggestion.

Salesman just foolish common man to make money . But if they work in same manner one day their company would vanish if they continue fooling us.
