I have been regularly in follow up for my own money that is ₹18400 which was supposed to be transferred in my bank through upi. This was raised on 24 july 2021. I have raised support ticket number of times but you say to wait for 24 to 72 working hours. I believe which has been crossed now.
They only reply on ticket to wait for given time frame which I think is an automated answer pasted for every query. It's been frustrating for me and still I am trying to get it resolved...
