Ludo Supreme Gold — Unable to link my bank account

I thought to withdraw my money from the wallet but they ask me to submit my kyc so a attached my driving licence. After they ask to enter my account detail so I had enter all my bank account details when I tap to submit* it says that the account doesn't match with my kyc. So when to my bank consult with the branch manager so they checks all my kyc that has been link with my Account from there they said that everything is correct as my kyc details. So when I try again to link my account in the game against they showing the same report doesn't match my kyc with the bank . I had sent so many E.mails in the ludo accounts and also I had attached all my bank passbook, my driving licence, epic card, . But still I haven't get any solution.. now it has been 2 month till date I am unable to link my account details. So can you give me any other salution what shall do i need to do so that I will be able to link my account details.
