I purchased 2 pairs of footwear on 28th august and due to quality and size issues, i returned them. The products were picked up from me on 29th. I am delhi based, so refund should have been processed asap. Even on the lulu and sky app, my refund status is pending for wallet credit. Despite calling every alternate day, my refund of rs 1714 isn't credited as yet. Fake promises are being made of crediting within 2-3 days everytime i call them up. Was this information helpful? |
Poor customer care service.
Apart from that I haven't received my parcel since the delivery agents are delaying the delivery.
