we have a very bad experience with the luminous company's Product .
we are facing customer service since 2 to 3 months their is no any positive response from company's concern person & very warts service. It's Walkups Product. As it Have a bed Experience o[censored]s I'll not Suggest to any one to buy this Products. They Use to cheat to the customers & selling their Products....

Hi, it's been a week since I raise this complaint stating inverter showing low battery and it's just been 2 months I bought this product.
I have asked to contact multiple technical representative numbers, till now no one arrived to check and fix this issue..i am really frustrated with this service.. Even customer care service asking me to call those numbers and arrange schedule wit them directly.. Even after trying multiple times it's of no use..
Pathetic service so far..
DON'T buy this kind of products which has no post sales service..

    We called consumer sale helpline for a requirement, (800 watts - 5-6 hours of power backup) they suggested an inverter for me as LiOn 1250. we purchased the same. during installation the technician suggested that this is an undersized model, and will not give back up for more than 1.5 hours even at half the power (400 watts load)
    we asked luminous to replace the invertor with a higher sized and take the differential amount. now luminous...

    I have purchase solar luminous invetor NXG +1625/24V from the dealer. It has still at warrenty period at 2 year.

    My invetor showing lot of heating and stop voltage supply at every single day at working hour during office. I have do lot of times complain to company to resolve the problem . But agent has come and he change motherboard only and not check any thing still the same problem rise. Agent has install a old and use motherboard and it has not packed properly.

    Again, I registered complain to company, Agent misbehave and talking rudly and told me that i have only authority to change the motherboard not to check any technical problem or repairing your invetor.

    I requested to change lumnious invetor at warrenty period as soon as possible .otherwise i have complain to consumer court against company service.

      In warranty period he not replace battery
      Battery 14.2v se jyada charge nahi ho raha hai.
      Inverter se lagatar ampere le raha hai jiske karan battery heat ho raha hai

            I bought solar nxg 1150 inverter and power charge battery PC20042TT around 25 days ago purchasing date 19 th may 2023 but with in this short duration my inverter start hang & heat, when I contact dealer they told me to complaint online than I contact customer care and they send some one who was not able to detect the issue in initial attempt and left without fixing it .but when I face problem again I called them and they came and told me that. Fan is not working in inverter it would be replaced next 2 days but they didn't show up till 3 days then I called them again they came and fix my inverter same as it without replace any part of it, to be honestly I was not expecting this kind of behaviour from luminous . I am requesting luminous to solve this issue still I am facing the same issue with my inverter.

              Not acknowledging/responding to return request

              I have purchased Luminous Zelio + UPS 1100 and Luminous 120AH battery RC 15000 on 7th September 2022 which was delivered to be on 8th September 2022.
              Because of circumstances, I cannot use the products and raised a return request right away. The company has refused to give any sort of acknowledgement over email or phone call, the online customer service agent also ignoring my concern/request. The products are completely unopened and...

              I Have lodged a complaint regarding the Zelio Inverter. Service Engineer came after 2-3 Follow-up and ask us to change the Board asked for[protected]. They have change the Board that does not seems new wrapped in Newspaper, on asking he said it's new part. After the Service we are again facing same issue for next one week. My Exide battery drained out completely and at the time I have to carry battery get charge from outside. Again my Complaint was lodged at 29th July and after complaint no one is coming attend the complaint i have lodged complaint on priority desk of luminous in 30 days one Service guy come and open the Inverter and said he will again come tommarrow. After that lot of fallow up no one came for service. After consultation of Luminous customer care i called service guy multiple time but they are not ready to attend for Service. They are avoiding to pay visit cause to there fraudulent practice. After lot of follow-up I got a call from service guy who said that you again need to change board at pay again.His tone is arrogant and challenging like do whatever you want to do complaint anywhere.
              I simply ask him when I paid for board last time again after the first replacement again inverter observed the issue. What kind of board luminous produce that last 20-30 minute.
              now I am getting message that complaint is closed, This type of complaint of given earlier means this complaint was a extension of same earlier complaints and technician change for the motherboard but still after the visit complaint remain same Complaint lodged on 29th July was the extension of last unresolved complaint.
              Honest feed back to you Either the brand is having highly unskilled manpower or they are more eagar to charge parts amount by simply replacing them.
              I request you to pick this scrap in free of cost Even I don't need any buy back amount for this.

                    Hi,

                    I have been a loyal customer of luminous products and i have complained for fault in my luminous invertor model since 24th Aug, 2022.
                    It has been 7 days now that no technician from luminous has visited.
                    Every other technician is calljng and asking for the address and confurms to visit but actually no one turns up.
                    During thos raining season when power cut is quite fequent not having an invertor working is a nightmare.

                    I would urge the company to resolve my complaint as soon as possible.
                    Technician says they do not have the PCB and hence thwre is no use of visiting. This is strange and weired.

                      I purchased luminous fan in may 2022 after 2 month fan is not working I called customer care, area manager service centre but no one take care any action against it it's now almost 4 month my problem is still not solved very disappointed with luminous

                        Zelio Inverter serial number 56KB70C1683130 is still under the 2 year warranty, but company is not responding bh any means.

                          I purchased zelio+1100 & inverlast ILTT18048 N on APRIL 13 2019 on luminous website. On January 2022 the battery not working informed luminous service engineer. They are saying battery not working hence need to be replace. After that luminous service persons denying replacement due to invoice required. But I didn’t find invoice, but i have purchase proof in luminous website Order pdf copy and warranty papers is there still 2 years warranty is there .but luminous service engineer required invoice other than we cant replace . This not correct for customer support. I purchased only your website. Again iam not purchased any luminous products in my life ..🙏🙏

                            I purchased a Lumnious 150ah battery 8 month back. But last 2 month to battery backup going down. But week battery goes in 100 percentage discharge. I complaint in customer care. They check the battery output battery showing only 2Amps. They my inverter he charging well condition. They put their standby battery. And again check my inverter charging output and say me your inverter is ok. They say we charge this battery in service center with their equipment. But we never replace the battery. I ask for company fault was coming in newly battery. I humble request to company as per your commitment my battery is under Guarantee . How can company denied. Battery warranty period is 48 month s. But battery goes in bad condition in a period of 8 months. As per legally this is replaceable.So please replace the battery. Otherwise i am going for legal action with Company and Dealer. I am sorry to say a brand company Lumnious chit the people like type.

                                I have order Battery 150 Ah - RC18000 from Luminous website on 5th April 2022 in morning. Then I received a call from Luminous stating that this product can not deliver to my area so I have to either go for another model or cancel the order.

                                So I dropped the email to cancel the order and its already been more than 24 hours and there is no response. I called sales support today and I was told that my order will be cancelled by 7PM today. Well, its not. This type of customer experience is not expected from brand like Luminous.

                                I have attached the order details and I need order cancellation and refund initiation ASAP.

                                  I have bought luminous NXG1100, since 2 months there is problem of overload in it, sometimes it is not charged by solar and sometimes with light, I have complained many times but these people are not giving service,
                                  I am very upset.
                                  Neither the shopkeeper nor the company is providing service, so we should be called consumers.
                                  please take strict action against them..
                                  I want to refund or new products related to it..
