Order id: j6rvf3k2dv delivered on 15 oct 19. Complaint through email registered on 17 oct, 02 nov, 04 nov and subsequently also. But company is not taking back the totally defective product and not returning the smt of rs 399 charged thru cod. The company rep said that item eill be replaced if found defective and asked me to use it for some more time and try. Now its been more than 2 months but the company has even stopped responding to emails....

I just want to return it but couldn't because of no response from their team. Even i am trying to contact them via call but no one responding. I drop mail to them.
I don't able to use it for single day.

Hi team - i ordered your item from facebook and the item was delivered to me on 6th november. The quality of the product is not at all up to mark. The final output from the lens is all blurred not even close to what you showed in the advertisement. I wish either a exchange or a return of my product at the earliest. This is simply cheating. This product isn't at all what was shown on advertisement. Not worth 499/-at all. Easily available for 100/- in market. They are cheating general public by displaying eye candid product in ad and then sending them this kind of cheap stuff. Please help me get my money back.

Your professional telephoto lens is not zooming n even it's not setting on the perfect place from where i can use my camera, this is not usefull product... Bcoz your showing n product reality is total different.
So plz bring it back.

Quality is not good i want to return and my money back totally unsetisfied with product. I ordered zoom lens but when the delivery i opened, i only found two sticky gel pads instead of zoom lens.

Their contact numbers are not there in the google and even the xpressbees customer care person is not sharing the number of smashing commerce...

Product was very low quality. through lens, i got very poor image, due to low quality lens. contacted several times through email. but they replayed by a ready made mail. no response to problem. i think its cheeting. fraud team.
lost my Rs 599. I need my money back or good quality product. this local lens is selling through other sites with about Rs 100...

I had ordered a zoom lens by online payment but recieved only 2 strips of black epoxy without any other accessories.. Take the order back and return my money back
This is another reason why we buyers are so afraid o[censored]nauthorised sellers like you that deliver faulty things and try to fool the customers
