I had ordered from this site on 20th November 2020. It's almost been a month now and I haven't received my order yet. I have already done the payment online. I've received the mail for successful payment and that my order has successfully placed. I tried to contact them through mails but I got no reply. They had informed that we will receive the order within 12 to 15 days but haven't received it yet. Please do the needful.
