And have been following up since then but yet there is no response only Automated response comes....

Bought items worth 1, 400 on 14th December. Received a payment confirmation after which I have received no communication from them at all....

I had ordered for 2 sets of Nightsuits one and half months back which costed me Rs.1200... the products have not been delivered and there is no tracking option for the same....

I have ordered product which costs 366rs which I still did not receive...

I purchased a few item from this website over 45 days ago. All the items were paid for and money was deducted from my account
But I have not received any of the items nor is there any response from the store/website....

Placed order on Dec 7th 2020 for Rs 1094/- and they do not have contact nos nor they have any email reponse team. I have mailed them around 10 times no reaponse received. I have not received any order also from them.

I need my refund asap. They are cheaters

I placed an order with Lush Burry over a month ago .The order number is 7834196.I have attached a screenshot of the order placed. Once the order was placed and the payment was done, I even received a confirmation mail from them stating that the order will be delivered by 15 to 20 days. Since then I have tried to communicate with them through a mail id given at their website, and there has been no response. No idea of where the purchased goods...

I ordered from Lushburry on 29th October 2020, however I have yet not received any product from the company. They are also not responding to any emails or customer support. they are fake and fooling people.

Request you to kindly track them down and block their site so more people cannot be fooled...

I had placed an order for a couple of PJ's during the 1st week of December. It said that the lead time required to deliver is 12-15 days, but it's been more than 20days, website chat, email, nothing seems to work. I need my money back....

On each email I have received same response that your query has been raise and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours. I have received no other response from there end.
