I have placed order in mid of November and paid the bill amount from debit card. They told me it will take 14days to get my order delivered but it is not so. I have mailed them many times regarding the refund of my amount. They just send me mail of complaint ticket raised saying we will contact u in 24-48 hours but no response. I attaching all the screenshots.
