Lush Burry — Order not received fraud company

I have placed an order in dec 4th for more than 2k and have paid upfront online. But there has been no response and I have not recover the order. This is a fraudulent company that was promoted by Instagram and I want to get a refund for the full amount. Also strict action should be taken against these people
