I placed an order with Lush Burry over a month ago on 10th November. The order number is 7832353. I have attached a screenshot of the order placed. Once the order was placed and the payment was done, I even received a confirmation mail from them stating that the order will be delivered by 15 to 20 days. Since then I have tried to communicate with them through a mail id given at their website, and there has been no response. No idea of where the purchased goods are and no idea whether they are sending them or not. And there is no way that I can raise a refund. Kindly help
