Lush Burry — Product still not delivered

I had placed an order on 5th Nov, and since then there has been no notification regarding the dispatch of product. Apparently they lured us by displaying reasonable price on products and duped all o[censored]s. One can simply not trust these pop-up ads on instagram and fb.
