I have placed an order (#783108) in the website lushburry.com on 24th October. The payment was done online in prepaid mode through PayU money. i had placed the order based on Instagram and Facebook advertisements they were flashing over social media
Its been more than 1 month (35 days) and there has been no trace of the order placed. I followed up with them over mail (since they do not have any phone number to contact) wherein they replied that the order has not been shipped yet and will be delivered in 14-15days.
I had again mailed them on Nov 18, wherein I got a reply that there has be unexpected delays and order will be shipped late. Post that they has stopped replying to the mails. In the mail they say ticket has been raised but there is no ticket number or reference mentioned in the mails. They I saw other customer raising concerns. This is a fraud site. I hope some action will be taken and we can get our money back.
