I placed my order on 9th November 2020 for the following two items-
1. Navy Animal Cosy Pyjama Set,
2. Gray elephant cozy pyjama set.

I have already paid for the order but haven't received it yet. It's been almost 5 months. I have tried reaching them on the customer care but the number doesn't work. I mailed several times but haven't received any feedback till date.

I have made payment of 2 sweaters on this website as I saw the ad on facebook but it has been a month this I did not receive my order

I have ordered two sweaters from lushburry.com on 8th December 2020 . I got their mail of order confirmation but didn't receive the order. They are not responding to any source of communication. I have paid Rs.1113.22 as they didn't even have cash on delivery option....

I ordered 2 night suits from lushburry.com online and paid through my credit card . i haven't received any product as of now.
they mail saying someone will contact you but that hasnt happened as of now.

Have ordered it 20 days ago but no confirmation mail of order id or no products are received kindly show the way to receive back tue refund...

Order was placed on 21st Nov for Rs. 1764.32. There is no contact number provided and they do not reply to any emails.
Please help me get my products or atleast a refund.
I read a lot of complaints about them in this section here and Im convinced that they are a fraud company....

Lushburry's advertisement flashed on insta ...I did some online purchase and got a mail.also a for order confirmation but till date I haven't received the product..it's been a month now nor m I able to contact lushburry's customer care..please help me get my refund..this company looks like a scam considering the number of complaints registered...

Lushburry website (promoted by instagram and FB) - Rs 1207 debited from account by Paytm upon online payment and received and email confirmation from Lushburry. Could not track the status of the order and No customer service helpline number available so sent repeated emails to them upon which received a single revert saying order will be delivered shortly - No update or revert for subsequent emails. File a complaint on razorpay and cite report fraud, and use your payment ID number. My amount is being refunded now, I have received the refund reference number. If we collectively do this, it should revoke their license for future payments. I hope this proves to be helpful to anyone who has been defrauded. Please spread the word on social media....
