Luvlap — Order cancellation

I had made a purchase for few items for my baby from the parent website. Payment completed, Even after four days the order is still in processing. I had called up the customer care and they had informed me that after 24 hrs it would change. As there was no change in the order status I proceeded to cancel the complete order as I was fed up of waiting.
Now the reply from customer care was pathetic. For most all they knew was tell anyone that they need 24 hours. After two more days I had called them up and they gave me a fake no. to speak to an executive, which on checking had 12 numbers, the service associate she had no idea what to say and confirmed she gave a fake no. After demanding that the order be cancelled, he said they have raised an request and I would get an confirmation after 24 hrs. Next day nothing. I called them up again and was met with the same reply.
I have sent mails, filled their return request form. - Nothing

It has now been 8 days after placing the order.

I would just like the company to cancel my order and refund me my money ASAP.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with an company’s whole customer service team - inefficient and completely useless.
