I want to cancel my order which is placed on Luvlap website but it isn’t showing any option about to cancel of products which is placed on 18th March 2024 please cancel my order and refund my amount of rs.1191/-

I had made a purchase for few items for my baby from the parent website. Payment completed, Even after four days the order is still in processing. I had called up the customer care and they had informed me that after 24 hrs it would change. As there was no change in the order status I proceeded to cancel the complete order as I was fed up of waiting.
Now the reply from customer care was pathetic. For most all they knew was tell anyone...
