Luxury Choice — Koryo AC ordered full paid but no product recieved

I have ordered a Koryo AC on 10.05.2022 on luxury choice website .I have recieved e reciept & order but still I have recieved my product or any delivery news. The helpline number given both email id & phone number both are fake . I will request to please give my product or my money back.please remove these fake websites.
